Recently, our old setup started draining its batteries every 2 days and stopped working. This new setup was easy to install and we like the matte black finish. The app made it easy to remove and replace the lock information. We also put one on our entry door from the garage. Great for families with kids who come and go. They just have to enter a code and never worry about keys. Very happy with it.

It provides a sense of security knowing when my child gets home from school and knowing that the door will automatically lock if we forget. I also love that I can assign different codes to different people and track the comings and goings at our house.

You still have the option of a key, but with the convenience of a key pad of your carrying something or you can even unlock from your phone if it’s raining etc. Forget to lock the door as your headed out in the morning a few coffees short of awack, no problem! Lock your door remotely, unlock to let someone in if needed. No battery issues after 3 months and when the battery does get low and we don’t notice the warning light or app notification, we have a key. The app will notify you every time the the door is locked or unlocked, even if manually. You can set it to auto lock after a period of time or one button lock as you leave. Very convenient and added safety.

The lock and handle set are attractive, was easy to install and set-up. The lock is pretty pricey, but we do plan to purchase similar locks for our other exterior doors.
