Compared to our previous lock from another brand, Schlage is quiet, locks smoothly, and much more durable in terms of parts and the keypad itself! So great to have piece of mind knowing our tenants won’t get locked out and can enter with one attempt instead of fighting with the keypad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ve had this for about 6 months now. I truly enjoy not having to leave and worry about taking keys with me. The WiFi technology is great, I use my iPhone and iwatch to open the door. The app is helpful, It lets me know who opens the door and one time it advised me of a forced entry detected. Very happy!.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The keyboard is very responsive when you're typing in your code. The app has really good software and is easy to use and monitor with other products. The motor that closes the deadbolt is also very strong which is extremely helpful if you have a tight drawer jam and want to keep your weather seal tighter. The only issue that's been reported is there's a little bit of play inside the latch to manually close the deadbolt on the inside. Apparently this is there by Design however I tweaked mine slightly to remove some of that play with heat shrink.
