Q: I have a 10lb turkey. Will this be the perfect size?
A: The Farberware 12" x 16" Nonstick Roaster with Rack is suitable for roasting a 10lb turkey. The roaster accommodates turkeys up to about 12 to 14 pounds, depending on how tightly packed the bird is. A 10lb turkey should fit comfortably, allowing enough space for air circulation around the bird, which helps with even cooking. The rack in the roaster will help elevate the turkey for better heat distribution, ensuring it cooks more evenly.

Q: How large turkey can it hold
A: I cooked a 22lb bird in this roaster this year and it fit perfectly.

Q: Is this roaster compatible with an induction stove? I.e. Is the steel magnetic?
A: The Farberware 12" x 16" Nonstick Roaster with Rack is not typically compatible with induction stoves. Most roasting pans, including this one, are designed for use in conventional ovens and not induction cooktops.

Q: Will my 15 lb turkey fit on this rack

Q: I used this pan to roast a 7 pound chicken yesterday. Soaked with Palmolive detergent before cleaning with a handiwipe. The coating was immediately coming off pan. Can no longer use. Please advise.
