Q: I used this pan to roast a 7 pound chicken yesterday. Soaked with Palmolive detergent before cleaning with a handiwipe. The coating was immediately coming off pan. Can no longer use. Please advise.

Q: I bought a non stick roasting pan that looked exactly like this one. After ONE roasted turkey, all the black coating came off thus giving us NO gravy. Just asking, will the same thing happen with your non stick roasting pan?

We bought this at Target thinking the build quality looked good. We only use it once a year at Thanksgiving, and we take meticulous care of all our cookware, yet after only TWO uses the non-stick paint is peeling off and it is rusting. Knowing this peeling coating can be a health risk, we feel we cannot use this pan again, and we'll have to buy a new one. It will be a different brand.
