So excited then sooo disappointed
I was so very excited while replenishing my kitchen after a hurricane flood, to find this Farberware roaster. Such a beautiful pan, great size & weight, and included a roasting rack. Wonderful for baking my ham in; and Farberware being a name I trusted. However, I was so very disappointed and so upset to find the inner coating peeling off after the first time I used it. Which now causes it to rust in those spots, and while you can use the rack and roast, I don’t want rust in my pan juices. This pan has not sat in water or had any liquids sit in it. In fact, I still keep the cardboard in it that came with it to protect it. This was the first time to use it. This once was a really nice pan. Expected better from Farberware. Having a Farberware pan set from the same kitchen replenishing that has handles that constantly loosen I’ve decided Farberware sadly is not quite the brand it used to be. I will not be trusting the Farberware brand as I once did. Since this is what it does I would not recommend it for that reason. If not for this, I would’ve highly recommend it.

Expensive disposable pan
I've had to clean all the coating material out of the sink drain. I've used the pan 7 times and now quarter size flakes are coming off and getting stopped at the drain. This started after the 3rd use but after washing today, it's living in the trash. The rack has been excellent but the pan itself is garbage.

Coating blistered after about 2 uses
I bought one of these pans about 2 years ago. I only use it at Thanksgiving. After about 2 uses, the non-stick coating started to delaminate in big blisters along the inside corners. I had to throw it away. What a waste of money.

Useless after 2 uses
We bought this at Target thinking the build quality looked good. We only use it once a year at Thanksgiving, and we take meticulous care of all our cookware, yet after only TWO uses the non-stick paint is peeling off and it is rusting. Knowing this peeling coating can be a health risk, we feel we cannot use this pan again, and we'll have to buy a new one. It will be a different brand.
