Use this small pans to cook a sunny side up for my breakfast. Perfect for 1 egg! I also use it to serve small appetizer such as nuts when there are guests in the house

Great way to serve smaller quantities, and still benefit from Staub's amazing properties. Can be used on top of the oven as well as inside. Perfect for serving hot dips, sauces, individual casseroles, deserts, cakes and pastry. If you enjoy entertaining you will find numerous ways to include these on your dinner table.

great serving dish
I love preparing individual sides in these dishes. The cast iron heats evenly and retains temperature for a long time. The enamel coating makes them easy to clean and no seasoning required. The matte interior gives great browning and easy release. I love to use it for individual portions of scalloped potatoes and berry crumbles.

Great for individual sides
I love pulling these out when I am having a dinner party so that all my guests get their own dishes. Because these are made out of cast iron, when I bake macaroni and cheese in them, the edges get nice and crunchy. The handles on these are great so that I can grab them really easily.

I love this serving piece to use for my "famous" crab dip. I serve it chilled so Cast iron i a great material to keep chilled in the fridge, it then keeps the food chilled when you serve it. I'm sure it would work great for hot dips too but It stays so busy right now, come winter I will try hot foods and I'm sure I'll be very pleased

I love to make individual mac and cheese in these, you can mound to a peak and the breadcrumbs stay put! I also use it for a few other things but my newest is to put BBQ sauce in it, keep it on the grill to keep warm, and be able to baste the chicken without dropping the temp from cold sauce!

One of my favorite things to do is serve individual sides or desserts at dinner parties or even for my family. The best is a berry crumble or brownie with a scoop of ice cream on top served hot and crispy from the oven! I also enjoy these for appetizers...a small baked brie wheel is perfect in one of these. Staub matte black interior coating always cleans up easily.

This is my favorite color for mini, graphite and it comes with extended handle too!!! Staub cocotte comes in variety of colors, they are all beautiful. I am excited to say, this is a single servings of hearty baking desserts, for variety savory dips, melting butter or browning minced garlic, cakes, bread, grains and decorative in your kitchen when not in used.

Baking and serving just got cuter...and sleeker with this little graphite grey mini gratin. No matter what you put in it, the cast iron will perfectly bake, brown and sear food. The surface is nonstick too so food will easily come off and washing it is a breeze.

Enjoy finding new ways to use this dish
You will find many uses for these mini gratins. Excellent when cooking for yourself, as I do often. Or get two to share with a friend or a partner. Side dishes, appetizers, desserts all can be made that much more special when serving them in these individual dishes. Elevate mac & cheese. Serve seared scallops with a butter saute. An easy mixed berry crumble is extra special when brought to the table in this gratin.
