Also found that it doesn't cook as evenly as other brands - the edges would start to burn before the center was thoroughly cooked. Very odd as I've never experienced that with all the other bacon I've tried. Other than that, it's a pretty standard bacon.

I had cut around and across and ruined the packaging and i had to grab another container to store the remaining bacon *hence the pic replacement for quick search online.*sorry ** But other than that I wasn't too impressed with the taste or texture of the bacon, maybe too much fat in it. But other than the chaotic frustration of trying to open the packed I say the bacon is okay.
