[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for my honest opinion of the product and I can say that it was just okay. I’ve tasted better meat sticks before . The flavor I got was jalapeño and I couldn’t taste much heat. The packaging is that which you’d expect that kind of food to come in. Overall, I prob would not buy these again. They just didn’t WOW me enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given the opportunity to sample and review the Fatty Mini Smoked Meat Stick in the Jalapeño flavor, by Sweetwood Smoke & Co.. It smells and tastes fresh, and less like chemicals, like I have noticed in other meat sticks on the market. The jalapeño flavor is mild, but builds and is just the right amount of heat for me. You can actually see chunks of jalapeños in the meat- just take a look at my pictures! Due to the size and flavor, I feel more like I’m eating a jalapeño summer sausage, but in a better version, because it has more of the crisp skin. The casing is highly edible, and unlike other brands, I don’t feel the need to take the casing off or deal with the feeling of chewing through a plastic like texture. I highly recommend this product! It would pair well with cheese and crackers for a quick snack. Nice to have for when you are on the go and need a flavorful protein boost. It also opens very easily- no tearing or scissors needed. I loved this, it tasted soooo good and for something called Mini it actually seemed pretty big to me, I can see why their brand name is FATTYS. this is the perfect snack in my opinion, I’ve never had a jalapeño meat stick before and now I feel like I’ve been missing out because this one was amazing. I even bought my dad one right after and he loved it too. Definitely a 10 out of 10 from me.

The jalapeno flavor is good, not especially spicy but better than plain. I will buy this brand next time!

It has a pleasant smoky flavor, and while the jalapeno gave it a bit of heat, it was pretty mild. I'd have liked it to be a bit hotter, but I tend to prefer spicier food.

Almost like a thicker slim Jim with a great taste. We ended up buying the original flavor ones after trying this and those are great too.

I couldn’t even finish half the stick. Not worth it for me, as I have other go-to meat sticks that have more protein and are way less salty. Overall not a fan and wouldn’t recommend.

The texture is nice and snappy, with the flavor being beefy with a nice tint of heat from the jalapeño. (Keep in mind I love spicy things.) Love the ease of just throwing one into my bag for a snack while I’m out. I do wish they had bigger value packs because right now, there’s more cost effective options — still a delicious snack though!
