The issue you experienced may be related to a specific charging requirement for the Feit Rechargeable Color Changing Light Bulb. This lamp must be charged while it is in the OFF position. If the lamp is connected to a charger while ON, it may not charge correctly and can enter a sleep mode, which prevents it from turning on. If your lamp is currently unresponsive, please try the following steps to restore it: 1. Disconnect the charger from the lamp. 2. Reconnect the charger — the lamp will blink once to confirm it has woken up. 3. Turn the lamp on at a low light output setting. 4. Turn the lamp fully OFF and allow it to charge for the full recommended time specified in the product manual. We acknowledge that this requirement is not clearly communicated in the current product instructions, and we are actively working to add this information to our website. We are also collaborating with our manufacturing team to improve the product so that it can be safely charged while on in a future update. Terrible Don't Do It!
It stopped working after a day and I was sent two but one wasn’t even in the box at all. Target had to refund me!

Regarding the lamp stopping working, this may be related to a known charging behavior with this product. The Feit Rechargeable color changing Light Bulb with Remote lamp must be charged while it is in the OFF position. If the lamp is charged while ON, it may not charge properly and can enter a sleep mode, which prevents it from turning on. If this occurs, disconnecting and reconnecting the charger will cause the lamp to blink once, indicating it has reset. From there, the lamp can be turned on at a low output setting. We recommend turning the lamp OFF fully before charging it for the duration specified in the product manual. We acknowledge that this charging requirement is not clearly communicated at this time, and we are actively working to add clearer instructions to our website. We are also working with our manufacturing team to improve the product so that it can be safely charged while on. As for the missing unit, we understand Target has already issued a refund, and we appreciate your patience in resolving that matter.
