Tastes like the floor of a barn
I only took this product for a little over a week and in that time did not notice any help with memory or cognition. It did make me feel a little jittery, I would guess from the 882% of your daily requirements of B vitamins. The reason I just can't stand to continue with this is the taste. I tastes like a barn floor smells with a little bit of fishyness in there too. I simply can't even get them down without gagging.

Worked Well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I reviewed this product complimentary in exchange for my honest review. I really enjoyed trying these focus go stir brain supplement. The big down side that I did not like was the smell and the taste. I would take with juice to help mask this. Definitely has a earthy smell and taste to it. It did take a while for me to notice any real difference but I do feel that these helped me feel a bit more alert. I love that these are a good alternative for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to give this product enough time to really give it a chance. As with a lot of supplements sometimes it takes time. I’ve taken the whole bottle and honestly don’t see any improvement. 4 per day with a meal. The tablets are easy to swallow. They DO have an unpleasant odor from the DHA that’s in them. To prevent the fish burps you really need to take after a decent side meal. Most likely you need to take it for a couple of months to see if any improvement is noticed. I would not purchase this on my own as I didn’t like the smell and taste. Also it has Folic Acid which I should avoid due to MTHFR mutation.

Overall good

I can’t tell if my memory has improved but I can tell that it does make your energy level and focus a bit better than usual. It is packed with many great vitamins and nutrients so I think it over all does help to boost your immune system, help with your bone health and probably to heal wounds! Overall I would say they are good!

A lot of pills to take

Good multivitamin

I have been taking it once a day for a full week now but honestly can’t tell if it does anything; but i guess that’s the case with vitamins. It seems to have a good ingredients. Improve concentration

Plus this product has a combination of multivitamins which I don’t need to take extra vitamin supplements. Only 1 thing I don’t like much is that we have to take at least 4 tablets per day, I would prefer to take 2 tablets a day only.

Large tablets=4-8 a day

Honestly, I will not be purchasing them. The dosage of 4-8 tablets makes them very expensive. I already take other supplements and it’s a lot for me. I think if you don’t mind that the. This product would be worth a try. I also like to put my suppleness in a daily pill keeper so I don’t forget and it’s impossible with these.
