Q: Which helps more with fatigue; this product of the Brain Awake? I have always taken 500 mg of acetyl l carnitine for fatigue.

I've been using this supplement for a long time now and have noted improvement in my Tinnitus. I still have it but volume has definitely lowered. I appreciate the added ingredients that contribute to over all health.

I've used maybe a dozen brands of food for thought and memory and ginkgo smart works as good as any and less expensive than most, I plan to keep using ginkgo smart.

The Ginko Smart is fine - it's the fact that they are an oily capsule and some must have leaked as they are all greasy and get all over every thing when I put some in my hand to distribute into my weekly trays. My thought is maybe they got warm somehow at some point.

I have been taking this product for about 2 years now. I was purchasing Ginkgo Smart for Maxiumum Focus & Memory from a local health store. Swanson not only have the lower price but I no longer have to leave my home in order to obtain this product. When I take this product (although it has taken up to 4 weeks to feel a dramatic difference when taking for the first time), my focus and memory flows smoothly and consistently without brain fogs. I do not intend to stop taking Ginkgo Smart ever, again!
