[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far one of the best flour sifters I have owned. My family and I love to bake we often have baking competition. This flour sifter took my baking to another level. It’s crazy how much lumpy batter affects your baking. It’s a must you use a flour sifter. I love the size of it as well. I no longer have to separate my flour. This is a great size. I do wish it had like a top, because you can’t sift fast or all the flour will fly out. Overall this is seriously a kitchen must have. No matter your baking level this will definitely help you save time while baking/cooking.

However, the sifter feels a little flimsy, particularly around the handle, and I am concerned for its longevity. Overall, I'm generally pleased with the sifter and hope it holds up better than I think it will.

It’s large so I don’t have to worry about sifting small amounts at a time or making a mess. It works smoothly and doesn’t get caught on any chunks. It also looks pretty on my counter!

I haven't tested the 8 cup limit yet since I do smaller batchs for baking, but the sifter works well for 3 cups of dry ingredients.

Great for baking or anything you need to use for large quantities. Its pretty large, so make sure you have a space to store it! I had to make a special place for it in my kitchen. It Doesn't Work Well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a few issues with the Fox Run 8-Cup Flour Sifter. I find the handle extremely uncomfortable to hold for any amount of time even before you add flour to it because it is too wide. The crank that turns the three bars inside gets jammed every second turn. Sometimes the bars hit the mesh and sometimes they don't and when they do they just hit a very small 1 inch area. It takes forever to sift flour using this sifter and due to the fact that it jams so much there is a lot of flour that ends up outside of the bowl I am sifting into. I found that it was easy to clean as long as you tap the flour out that has built up on the inside rim. I do not recommend this sifter, it hurts your hand, it takes too long to sift, and it makes a mess.
