Q: Can they actually use chalk on the chalkboard, looks like it in the picture?

A: No. It's all the same surface (nylon)

A: Very easily. Just bends.
submitted byProduct Expert - 9 years agoBrand expertA: You have to completely disassemble to put away. The poles are all plastic with elastic in the center (similar to real tent poles) so you can't "bend" it without pulling the joints apart first.

Tricky to assemble and poles bent
It’s just okay, not great. We’ve only played with it 2 or 3x in the year and a half we’ve had it because it’s hard to assemble. And now in just those couple of times a couple of the poles bent. So we can’t even use it anymore and I just wish we could return it. My daughter wasn’t super rough with it or anything. The poles just aren’t very well made.

One of the poles isnt right. It doesn't match up with the rest of the poled
I bought it for my 4 yr. Old son for Christmas and I wanted to put it together for him to surprise him. Well I couldn’t put it together because one of the poles were wrong. I think they gave me the wrong piece. It didn’t match up right. And the instructions made no sense what’s so ever. It sucks that I have to return it.

The tent itself is very cute and the kids loved it but within the first play one of the poles completely bent beyond repair. If you have gentle or older kids this could be ideal but unfortunately could stand up to little ones

An alright tent

Difficult
This tent not simply a pop up tent. There are many poles and connectors and it takes some time and frustration to get it all together. You cannot easily move it so make sure to put it up somewhere that you plan on leaving it for a while. My kids like it or I’d return it for sure. It’s up now and I told the kids I’d leave it up for a couple days but I highly doubt I will put it up again

Huge tent!
I was hesitant to buy this tent because there was only one bad review at the time. I'm so glad that I went ahead and bought it though! It's going to be a Christmas present, but I went ahead and put it together just to make sure there was nothing wrong. The instructions weren't as clear as I'd like, but after reading it I was able to figure everything out pretty easily and put it all together. This thing is way bigger than I expected! I could easily fit inside with room to spare for both of my kids. It is a little flimsy though, and the doors are aren't big enough to fully "close", but overall I know my kids will love it!
