69" Tufted Futon Sofa - Room Essentials

Nice to sit on, Not too comfortable for sleeping, but a great value for the money.

I ordered a sofa from Target and unfortunately the experience has been very disappointing. it has been frustrating and time consuming. I expected better communication and accountability from Target. I would appreciate immediate assistance to resolve this return. The sofa arrived damaged, smaller than expected, and extremely firm. I contacted customer service to arrange a return, and I was told it would be picked up from my home. I received a post office label, printed it, and attached it to the package, but no one ever came to collect it. The sofa sat outside for two days. When I called again, I was asked to provide photos and spent over 25 minutes on the phone before being transferred to another representative. I was assured I would receive a UPS return label within 24 hours. It has now been four days, and I have still not received the label or any update.

Bought this for our nee apartment. If you purchase from the store itself, you for sure should not have issues. My box came with no damage, everything was right. It's extremely comfortable. a little on the short side but I'm 4'9 so I fit perfectly, my 6'1 husband can't lay down on it comfortably but he does say it's softer than his gaming chair lol.

This is not justified by the picture and description! It is actually very well-made and very nice. It has like a pillow top on it. It is very comfortable. This is well worth the price.

This futon came with a rip in the seat that was stiched together. but for the price its a good futon I just wish the rip wasnt there because its pretty noticible

Bought for college dorm room. Easy assembly, easy to move(folds in half) great value for $120. Well designed, seat back has two auto locking upright positions, zippered storage compartment for legs and center supports, nice material, center legs smart design, feels sturdy. I bought $20 2 year warranty/insurance (coverage seems good).

My son has a single dorm room and it lacked seating. He purchased this to put alongside a wall for tv watching and it lies down in case someone crashes with him overnight. Love the charcoal gray color and that it was easy to assemble. Great price - and got an even better deal with Target Circle!

Tried to sleep on it one night...it was very uncomfortable. Lumpy, bumpy and very uncomfortable. Had to return it the next day.

This is a pretty good deal. It’s great for a spare bedroom or ina pinch if you need a spare bed.

So far so good with this futon! The assembly was very easy and only took about 10 minutes! Fits perfectly in my classroom!

There is no cushion to this thing. It’s not comfortable to sit or lay on, even when adding a 3” topper. Best option is to sleep or sit on floor instead of this thing.
