[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setting up the product was easy peasy. The only issue I had was trying to get the screw out of the back here the battery is placed. After I finished that, piece of cake. I love that it came with the battery so I didn't have to search all my junk drawers for one. Until Christmas comes around the Winter, I'm using this for a lamp in my living room. It is so easy to use and works every time. I haven't had any issues with it and it performs really well. Connection is seamless. I can't wait to use this on my Christmas tree but it works year round for any of your electronics.

Plugs into the wall and whatever item you plug into the plug you can you can control with the snowman remote control. The control has an on and off switch. Since it’s not Christmas time I use it for my lamp and it works great. Very reliable

It makes it so easy to turn on my Christmas tree and the rest of the year I use it to turn my reading lamp on and off. It is much easier that trying to get behind the tree or behind the chair in my reading spot. It works great and the remote works from across the room when the receiver is behind furniture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic idea and I already enjoy having my bedside lamp under remote control. The setup was a little confusing, battery door was awkward to get the paper off the battery to make the remote work. Once we got past that it was smooth sailing. I think this is definitely a convenience item but I may buy a couple more for other lights!

The kids set it up into their bedroom with the lights that they have behind their bed and they were able to change the lights without moving out of their bed by using the remote. The little remote is well-made and holds up to kids flipping it back-and-forth.

There is even a second outlet to control something else. It is also able to drive 1800W so you don't need to worry about the load now that the lights are mostly LED.

Fire Hazard! Turns on/off by itself!
So cute but super unsafe! It turns on/off by itself! I bought this for my real Christmas tree to avoid plugging in and out. It randomly turns on/off throughout the day and night. I could turn it on and it turns itself back off immediately or vice versa. No where in the directions does it say anything about other ways for this to work besides the remote. I purchased it specifically for its simplicity. Stay away from this fire hazard!

Can't have more than 1, it will turn on the other tree. Now I have 1 that I can't use. We have 3 xmas trees in our home.
