stopped working
out of nowhere this stopped working. i bought it last year for the holidays and used it from april-october for indoor plants. one day i came in and all the lights were off and would not turn on. thought it was the outlet but everything else i plugged in worked perfectly fine. very disappointing.

Partially Disappointed
Purchased the timer in December 2024 to use indoors to turn on a lamp at 4:30am and then off at 9pm. Needed light in a under lit area of the house. Today, August 1, 2024, the timer just stopped working. After checking the lightbulb and checking the lamp which both turned out to be working probably, I reset the timer. Ultimately, the timer was the culprit. While the timer was $16 and under a one year warranty, I'm not it's worth pursuing to obtain a new one. With the timer being used indoors, I would hope it would last longer than 8 months. Not to mention, if GE puts it's stamp of approval on it, then it should mean something. Guess I was wrong, thus, the lower price point.

It stopped working properly after a month. We tried reseting the timer multiple times. I wouldn't recommend. Sadly, it's to late to return.

Didn't last six months of use
This worked really well at first, was very easy to set up, and I had no problems with it. Unfortunately, it did not even last half of a year before it completely stopped working. At first I thought my outdoor string lights had died, bought new lights and realized it was actually the timer itself that just wasn't working. I tried unplugging it, resetting the outlet, and manually resetting the timer itself. Nothing has gotten the timer to function the way it is supposed to, and how it did when I first bought it.
