Tuberculosis

I like my giant microbe but am a Tb nurse and would really appreciate something a little bigger, and a little more distinctive and realistic/ scarier. How about an Acid fast bacilli in cross section showing the multi layered cell wall that makes it so difficult to treat. Just a suggestion. I still like my green rod.
