Reliable shaving gel
I purchased this item for the first time ever and it's a very good product. The formula is a cooling menthol reaction to the skin with a pleasant cooling menthol scent. Unfortunately my can seemed to have a defect that I found out about after first using this item. The can sprays the gel for ula in an indirect direction along with the gel exiting the can at an aggressive pace. Good overall item that I'd recommend.

Leaking top
Love the product but the top leaks terribly. I have purchased many of these and thought initially it was just a bad batch or my luck to receive a leaky top. Not the case, it seems to be every one for the past year. I am to the point, I am considering changing products.

Very disappointed.
Purchased the Pro Shaving Gel a few weeks ago. Liked the gel but didn’t like that it seeped all over then can afterwards. Figured it was a defective can so just purchased another one. Same problem. So that’s now two cans that ended up in the garage can after one use. I must have missed the fine print that surely was on the can that read “Single UseOnly”

Worst shaving gel I have ever used
As a long time Gillette customer, I tried this Sensitive Cooling Gel for the first time, I first immediately noticed the unpleasant perfume. When applying the gel I immediately felt a "burning" rather than a cooling sensation. It also immediately started irritating my skin. I finished shaving as quickly as possible and applied lots of water but the irritation continued. It's been half an hour and the irritation of my skin is still going on. I have used cooling gels of other brands before and use sensitive versions but never really felt I needed it. But this I have never experienced before. Unfortunately I bought a duo pack but will definitely not use it. What is going on here?

Love this product, gives a great shave. *Sadly* the product leaks badly once opened, and creates an unsightly messy-looking exterior. Twisting the top doesn't help much. Good product otherwise!

Terrible and leaky dispenser
Dispensing can leaked after first use, continued to worsen, and then stopped working altogether before it was even half empty. I purchased a two pack and don't know if I will bother trying the other can.

Like the Gel, but the dispening button fails.
I will no longer buy the product due to the inconsistent performance of the locking dispenser button. Of the last four cans of gel, three leaked after initial use, and the fourth failed to dispense anything when the button was pushed. Of the three cans that worked initially, all three failed to dispense all of the product from the can. The last can (4) failed to dispense anything and the can was a total loss. I like the gel but throwing out cans that don't work at all is a waste of my money.
