Too soft, rubbery, zero flavor. Usually Gouda is really flavorful and this tastes like absolutely nothing, it’s weird. I’ve also never seen a Gouda this soft.

Creamy and tasty
I love how it’s creamy. It doesn’t taste exactly like the goudas that has wax outside but is really good. I’m pregnant and everything makes me feel like throwing up but this cheese is so good, it’s pregnancy approved

Sweet and Springy Gouda Cheese
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Good and Gather 7oz Gouda cheese is delicious! It’s super springy and a very subtle hint of caramel like flavor. I served it with crackers and slices of pears but have also had it with red grapes and peaches. It goes well with so many things. My kids are excited to try it on a grilled cheese sandwich. This cheese is definitely a favorite in my house. I received an incentive to write this review.

Really yummy good quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Gouda cheese was really yummy. It had a great nutty flavor to it. The texture was pretty firm and not creamy either. It’s a pretty decent size as well for the price. It tastes super rich too and you can tell it’s good quality. I think this cheese is great for a charcuterie board. Gouda cheese by good and gather

It was easy to slice and It was fun making it look fancy with other things on the cheese board. Block of tasty Gouda cheese

A pleasant surprise, fresh, high quality cheese
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first tried this I wasn’t sure if it would fare in a traditional Mexican dish but I was pleasantly surprised when I melted it in my tortilla and I like it. I also savored it with Water Crackers which offered a combination of creamy goodness and I have tried it in a mouth-watering quesadilla which beats Taco Bell. The texture and taste is delightful.
