GreenPan 7pc Reserve Bakeware Set

Although I only received half my order, the items I did order are fantastic. the color is beautiful and rich and the non-stick feature of the pans is top notch. making cookies with my granddaughter was so fun this weekend with the cookies sliding right off the pan when they were done.

They are super sturdy and have a lot of heft to it. It’s really well made. I threw out all my random assortment of pans to make room for these. They are nonstick but I still use parchment paper to line them. I hand wash them. They are beautiful!

I have tried several recipes out of this book. Only thing I suggest is for Green Pan to fix the one on Lemon Loaf. They don’t tell you when to add the sugar. It’s in the ingredients but left out of the instructions

I used the GreenPan Reserve ceramic loaf pan for a self-saucing pudding, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it performed. I only lightly greased the pan—no baking paper at all—and the pudding slid out almost perfectly in one piece. As you can see from the photos, there was barely any residue left behind, which says a lot considering how sticky and dense self-saucing desserts can be. The ceramic non-stick coating is absolutely incredible. It released the pudding effortlessly, and cleaning it afterwards was a breeze. A quick rinse and wipe was all it needed. The pan itself feels sturdy and heats evenly, helping the pudding cook through beautifully without burning the edges. Aside from working well, it’s also a really nice-looking pan with its cream finish and gold-tone handle—feels a bit fancy for something I’ll be using all the time now! I used it to make some banana bread and the bread cooked in it evenly. I didn’t grease it since it’s non stick and when the bread finished baking it slid right out of the pan when I turned it upside down. It’s quite lightweight and is great quality. I’m very happy with this pan.
