This book has been so helpful for healing trauma and chronic symptoms I had for many years. It helped me learn to trust my intuition and listen to my body. I’ve never read anything like it and the tools and techniques help you to make changes quickly as well as in the future. I keep referring back to it over and over again and I’ve told so many other people about it. Highly recommend.
