I got the backpack because I like the simple look and the velcro compatibility but I realize most of the patches are iron-on only. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This backpack is a really nice size, it has velcro all over the front and sides to personalize and change out style in an easy and quick way. The front has a buckle to help it secure on my child, it runs a bit bigger on my toddler but I think age eight and up it would fit great. After looking online I wish there were a few more patch options to personalize this more, but overall it’s a great backpack. I received an incentive to write this review.

The sizing could fit laptop if needed as well as a few office supplies. It should also be used as a quick carry on for the plane. The texture on the front and sides is fuzzy Velcro. It's not as bad when you have different patches added to it, but by itself it looks really plain. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This HEDi-Pack 16.5 inch backpack is a great backpack for older kids or adults. The straps are thick, adjustable, and padded. Which is great for carrying heavy books or for travel. The fabric seems to be of a good durable fabric as well. The side pocket is big enough to fit even the largest size water bottles. Overall I'd say this is a great backpack for rough and tumble kids. It will definitely last us at least a couple of school years. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great kindergartner or young education school level backpack. It has one big pocket with one front smaller pocket. It has enough space for what a younger child needs to be taken back and forth to school but the best part is the patches spaces on the front. We have loved looking for little patches to put on the front that represent her and that she is interested in. She is so excited about this back pack. The bookbag has four different area that is a different texture to add patches to decorate it. My daughter is very excited to make it her own with patches. It also has one large pocket, a front zipper compartment, and side pocket for a water bottle. The straps adjust and also has a clip across the chest if they want to use it to make it extra secure. I love the Velcro interchangeable patches that can be purchased that are easy to put on and off of this backpack! It does have a side pocket that will fit a regular size bottled water, but not an oversized water bottle. It has the front snap feature where you can buckle it to alleviate the weight on your back.
