The bag quality is very bad and cheap the zip broken the zip
The zip of the bag is broken ,and the bag is not able to use for the kids school when i call the Customer Service people said it is outside of the return window so they cannot able to do anything. It’s wasting go buying this and no worth the smount i paid.

Decent backpack, not what is advertised
I would say it is a decent backpack - what was sent to me is not as pictured/described. The tag says it fits 16” not 17” and the design is different. The backpack itself is 17” inches as a whole. Either way, still was an all black backpack that fits my laptop so it’ll work but just in case anyone else wanted to know.
