Henckels Classic Precision 6-inch Cleaver

Washed it before using in dishwasher and it rusted. It claims to be dishwasher safe. Going back.

I love making New Years black-eyed pea dip, which is labor intensive chopping large amounts, colors and varieties of hot chili peppers', green onions,garlic, and aromatics for a large batch of this dip, that all my friends love to eat. Black-eyed peas consumed on New Years guarantees a prosperous New Year. This cleaver makes quick work in the preparition, without wearing out my arm. I would definitely recommend purchase of this precision cleaver.

The edges of spine are too sharp, we have to round them to make it comfortable and not hurt the hand.
