Fun Monster Truck Toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monster truck RC is so cool. It surprisingly handles very well. It easy to drive and super cool. Set up was a little tricky. After making sure the charge was full and the batteries were installed into the remote control we were having hard time syncing them together. We checked the monster truck and one of the wires has become loose. We tightened it and had no problems syncing the RC with the monster truck.

Larger Tires Help It Change Between Flooring Types
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of my kids liked how fast this remote control truck was. The large wheels allowed it to easily move over rugs and small obstacles. It ran for about twenty minutes which allowed everyone to take a turn before needing charged. I liked that it didn't need a screw driver to open the charging compartment. Overall a really fun easy to use truck due to a smaller controller.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has been playing with this toy non-stop since we took it out of the box and got it charged up. He absolutely loves it! He has played with it both indoor and outdoor but, it’s more of an outdoor toy unless you have a lot of space indoors. The Monster Truck does recommend that it be charged for 120 minutes for a full charge which was a little tough since my son is not very patient, but it has a button on the bottom that changes from red to green once it’s charged and ready to play. I loved watching how much fun my son was having running around outside chasing after the truck while using the remote control driving it. The truck has a stomp feature which allows the car to move from all four wheels to the back two, and back and forth which my son loved doing. It also has a Wheelie feature where the car can drive on the back two wheels. This is such a fun remote control car!

It has also been fun watching them play together and taking turns. It is nice the the car is rechargeable which the charger is connected to the car so need to always be finding a charger. You will just need simple small batteries for the remote.

The usual downside to RC cars is the amount of batteries it runs through but this hot wheels monster truck is rechargeable! The best feature any RC car can have. The remote takes 2 AAA batteries and they last pretty long, I haven't had to change it yet. The monster truck truly goes over obstacles easily, it's quick, it's surprisingly lightweight and it does do "wheelies" pretty easily. It's a lot of fun especially since it doesn't have the typical battery problem. This truck will LAST.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 7 year old grandson is into Hot Wheels, Monster Trucks and Dinosaurs… so THIS Hot Wheels Monster Truck Mutant Chaos was right up his alley. I mean, this remote truck was EVERYTHING he likes! Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get pictures of him actively playing with it because he lives in another town so I had to send it to him and it’s currently enroute BUT I was so excited to see the look on his face when I showed him what he’s getting via FaceTime. Oh my goodness, the reaction was priceless. These are the type of interactive toys I love to get my grandkids; the ones that they’ll have fun with for hours. Not the ones that lose their interests within a hour and then gets tossed in the toy box never to be seen again until it’s time to purge ha! Thank you Mattel for another great toy that’s gonna be a big hit for my grandson!!

The item description states it can be used on carpet, dirt, rocks and the car handled appropriately. It was a bit hard to get the tricks down and to work the controller but it was still a pretty enjoyable toy. The battery lasted about 20 minutes or so of continuous use. I really like the fact that you can charge it with its USB cable. The only batteries required were for the remote which is a huge bonus when getting toys for my kids!

Really this thing has the perfect amount of power and distance for kids to have hours of fun. It even has enough power to pop a wheelie and stand on its back wheels. Exceeded my expectations. Traction even allowed it to go over grass but it did slow down. Lots of fun on pavement or in the house on carpet.Would be a great gift.
