A: The straight layout is almost 8 feet long and assembled with the curves it takes up a space of about 4 feet by 3 feet.

I got one of these for my son’s birthday and during the build, discovered the pieces to connect the curved parts to the stands were not connecting right. I ended up having to just let them kind of rest on the stands. It kept falling over with the slightest movement. We got frustrated enough that we called Mattel. They sent us a new one and the parts fit much better. So glad my son can now play with this and enjoy it vs having to constantly pick it back up.

Really really loved the track. It is very detailed, bright, colorful, loud. 6 year old is really engaged for hours a day, so far it has kept up attention for a week. The cars are expensive, and trying to locate just a specific kart is pricey, but the karts and selection of characters are awesome. My only gripe with it so far is that 2 connecting pieces do not snap in place causing karts to jump around the turn and either go flying off or jumping out of their track. Other than that I would highly recommend. Still waiting on a response from Mattel as I have messaged them through multiple platforms and medias

My son (3.5) is absolutely obsessed with this and so is my husband. It keeps my son busy for hours and everything now revolves around Rainbow Road. He makes up his own races, he narrates them, he keeps track of who wins (love that it shows you that) and as a mom in a small house I only wish it were the tiniest bit smaller. But that’s part of its appeal - it’s big and colorful and really makes a great “wow” gift
