Be all/end all
I would’ve given it 5 if the clips that hold the tray were better made. One is so loose that it won’t stay in position to hold the tray in the lid so it always falls. Multiple attempts to tighten the screw have been unsuccessful, and the screw just keeps spinning.

Loved it at first… durability is lacking
I’ve had this cooler for about a year, I received it as a gift a year ago. I was so excited as I had been looking at this cooler for a few months. It was great at first, used it a handful of times, nothing too crazy, mostly softball tournament trips. However I have had three screws fall out of the frame underneath, the cap to keep the wheels has fallen off, and the handles now loose also. How do I fix these without it looking like some sort of Franken-cooler because these parts aren’t available.

thin base for wheels
We absolutely love our cooler but the bracket that holds the wheels to the base has snapped due to being thin hoping we can get it fixed so we can use our cooler again as I would hate to throw it away due to not being able to use the wheels. They should offer the bracket as well for purchase!!!

The wheel fell off second time we used it. Flimsy axle cap is such a terrible design choice, they should of used a pin to secure the wheels. What a waste of money, I can't even return it.

Rugger and Dependable
This Cooler is huge and did not expect it to be so big. So many cool feature and the ability to keep ice and drinks cold for over 3 days is awesome. It is very rugged and has many cool features other coolers do not have. Being able to roll the cooler is a bonus.

Help
Great cooler. Only have one question. Can I purchase a replacement lid for it? My guys threw the cooler on back of my pick up with the lid against the wind and I drove through the night only to get home without a lid. Hope someone can help I’d hate to dispose of the cooler because of this.
