Bag had small hole, couldnt exchange
This is my favorite coffee bean brand! I've bought numerous cans and bags from Williams Sonoma! I received this bag in the mail. It was slightly open at bottom but I didn't realize until after I had dumped it in my grinder and canister. It did not have the normal fresh smell. It smelled like nothing. I was so disappointed because it's expensive and I'd already emptied the bag. Such a disappointment and a waste of money! Bought another brand at Sam's over the weekend. Especially Ive spent $50 in coffee. In a month.

Illy Authentic italian Espresso Beans
Amazingly found this product at target! The espresso machine at the office highly recommend this particular Coffee Bean from Italy and target was where it was at. I was so happy to find it! It was also at a fair price. These are authentic Italian beans, roasted perfectly, and not burned like some of the competitors. It produces a smooth and robust espresso coffee that everyone in my office enjoy. Thank you, target!

Illy Poor Customer Service
Illy customer service is poor. The first & second bag arrived with no expiration date. Illy customer service responded with a generic email. I emailed photos. No follow-up response. While product appears to be good, I stopped purchasing due to poor customer experience.
