This pool ladder comes with easily removable steps. When the pool is not in use, they can be quickly detached and removed from the pool area. Replacing them is simple and quick. Simply set the steps in the base, then snap and lock them into place. This ladder has a weight capacity of 300 pounds. WARNING: Shallow water: no diving, no jumping. Diving or jumping from ladder may cause permanent injury or death. Remove and secure ladder when pool is not occupied to prevent unauthorized use and possible drowning. Assemble and disassemble by adults only.

They forgot the fasteners. Why am i wasting my time trying to get complicated emailed warranty forms to upload that still won't. I'm not scamming anyone for fasteners. I paid for them. Intex dropped the ball not including them and now are dropping the ball again supplying me with them in a simple easy manner. I'll probably have to rig something up myself to use their product.

Deluxe Pool Ladder with Removable Steps for 48 inch depth pools
The ladder came in a box and was in perfect condition and packaged well. I only needed a screw driver to assemble it. I was able to do it myself in about 30 min. I do want to add that the instructions have both the 53 in and 48 in pool ladders. The 48 in will only have 3 steps on each side of ladder. I was struggling with this part until I looked back and realized it was only 3 steps. This ladder is very stable and is easy to remove and place the steps going into ladder. This makes a very good safety measure. The ladder is not to heavy to be able to remove entirely as well. I am glad I bought this ladder as it perfect for our needs.

Doesn't fit a 48" deep pool
I spent a fortune to have this product shipped to Canada. I was told that it would fit a 48' deep Intex pool - what pool would it possibly fit? The platform fits right on the top of the pool ledge so it is not secure - teeters
