Good steps
Great steps. Not easy to assemble though. You need to file all the extra plastic edges. And there are a few screws missing. But overall they are pretty good.

I love this, but...
Let me start by saying that I really like this ladder! The full step design provides great support for getting in and out of the pool, and it's awesome to sit on the steps and enjoy the water view, especially with little ones. However, the instructions were not great, and assembly was much harder than expected, and we didn't realize we needed to cut parts. After 2 hours of struggling, my husband finally figured it out! It felt wobbly, but that's when he took it apart and reassembled it twice to figure out the problem, but it still wobbled and didn't look right! We had it in the pool for about 3 months, but toward the end of the summer, a friend who weighs about 200 pounds went in the water, and the railing completely broke! Unfortunately, the ladder was broken and could not be repaired. We paid over $500 for it and only had it for 3 months before we had to throw it away. Very disappointed.
