Sturdy and Stable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent ladder, sturdy, and stable even for the large adults getting in the pool. I hate nothing more then a wobbly ladder that makes me feel unsafe. Corrosion resistant, holds up to 300lbs, and anti slip so safety is covered. I love that the ladder can be raised when no one is using it. It’s all around a great design and product.

Super useful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is really good and of excellent quality. The steps are removable, they are also high impact non-slip and provide stability because it is a solid platform. It is very resistant and safe for both children and adults. It is double-sided Type A. The frame is steel to help prevent all-weather corrosion and wear. This Ladder is secure and snaps and locks into place to prevent unwanted movement and falls. I recommend it because it is very easy to assemble and use.

So far so good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty good pool ladder. It’s not difficult to set up but quite a few pieces to put together. The maximum weight in our family is 170lbs so so far seems quite sturdy. Being able to remove steps is a plus. Kids love climbing up and down using this ladder. Just wish the company can use more durable plastic pieces cause that will last longer

Perfect for our above ground pool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ladder is an upgrade compared to the one that came with the pool, it’s sturdy (we have a 14ft) & doesn’t move when your getting in and out of the pool, it has a lock so you can take off the ladder when your not using it and you can even remove the steps if needed. You can make the ladder two different sizes, we used the biggest size and have had no problems with losing pieces. The only negative thing is the instructions was a bit difficult but overall this ladder is a MUST!

I loved that I was able to remove some of the steps. Furthermore, I love the stability of this ladder. I literally trust this ladder for the trampoline and do not have a worry while my children are getting on and out of the trampoline.

Extremely Sturdy! Plank comes in handy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is beyond perfect for our intex pool. The plank comes in handy when the kids don’t want to jump in yet so they sit on it and slowly get in the water. My husband says he feels more comfortable on this ladder then other we have had in the past that would wobble or not feel very safe. This ladder is extremely sturdy and the kids jump off the ladder and it barley moves. Would give this ladder 10 stars if I could.

Deluxe pool ladder with removable steps are awesome.
I have 9 grandchildren, 5 which can't use the pool unsupervised, so when 4 older grandchildren are not here the ladder goes up. The ladder locks in when moved up to platform and is easier to remove after you do it a few times. The smaller kids can't reach and for smarter kids that pull up a chair can't figure out how to remove the ladder.

Missing parts
I ordered this and I am missing parts, I have been trying to call for 2 days and I get a recording that due to high volume they can not take my call and to call back, I called 10 x's yesterday and so far today 5 times. Very frustrated.
