iPhone 17e
This IPhone 17e has intermittent issues with its Bluetooth connections, such as earbuds and car sync. Takes great pictures. Has all the stuff you love about the IPhone.

Pixel out iPhone in
I left Apple for a few years and finally after discovering how awesome the Google Pixel phone was. Then to my dismay my last Pixel and Google pixel support was a huge let down. My iPhone 17e has been very good so far and my calls are staying connected with AT&T wireless. I recommend the 17e.

Cost after the sale
My issue is not with the phone but with your cost and billing after the sale. I can't understand why my month cost keep rising. The application on the credits is not the same each month and is getting to the point where I need to start looking at other carriers.

17e iPhone
I went from the 14pro max to the 17e. I honestly don’t find a major difference other than the size is slightly smaller. Half the price of a 17pro max is worth it.

Value phone
This phone is a decent value for the money but I wouldn’t buy this one for any other reason. I’m a pro iPhone person really this was just a starter phone for someone. I got the next up anytime so it can be upgraded when ready.

Poor device
Numerous disconnections with WiFi. Dropped calls. Disconnection with cellular corrected by reset. Bluetooth issues. Not worth the lower cost.

Avoid if you care about picture quality
Camera not great - zooming gets very pixelated. I had hoped for much better give it’s supposed to be 48MP. Phone is already slow at times.

Hi there. We are so sorry to hear that your new iPhone 17e is giving you camera trouble. Getting pixelated photos is incredibly frustrating when you are trying to enjoy a brand-new phone. We want your pictures to look pristine, and we are here to help you solve this. The iPhone 17e is equipped with a great 48MP Fusion camera, so this pixelating behavior is definitely out of the ordinary. Sometimes a quick refresh in the camera settings can fix it right up. Please try these steps: 1️⃣ Go to Settings > Camera > Preserve Settings. 2️⃣ Toggle OFF every switch in this menu (such as Camera Mode, Creative Controls, and Macro Control). 3️⃣ Force close the camera app one more time to push the default layout live. If the camera reset doesn't fix the issue, then proceed with the "All settings reset" steps given below: 1️⃣ Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone. 2️⃣ Tap Reset at the bottom of the screen. 3️⃣ Select Reset All Settings. 4️⃣ Enter your device passcode and confirm your choice on the final popup prompt. If those steps don't do the trick, the Apple Support team can run an advanced diagnostic for you. You can call or chat with them at: 📞 1-800-275-2273 🔗 https://support.apple.com Thank you for being part of our AT&T family, and let us know if you need anything else!

For Apple devices, warranty replacements are handled directly by Apple. You can take the iPhone to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, where they’ll run diagnostics. If a hardware defect is confirmed and the device is under warranty, Apple will repair or replace it at no cost.
