Too many glitches & issues
The phone glitches all the time & freezes way too much. Cuts off randomly & restarts itself & loses service randomly. None of these issues happened on my iPhone 14

Hello, Vince K. We are sorry to hear that your experience with the new Apple iPhone 17e has been frustrating. Learning a new device should be seamless, and we understand your disappointment regarding the poor performance and app glitches. To help optimize your device's performance, you can try these quick steps: • Force restart: Press and release Volume Up, then Volume Down, and hold the Power button until the Apple logo appears. • Update apps: Open the App Store, tap your profile icon, and select "Update All" to resolve compatibility bugs. • Free up storage: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage and remove unused files to clear up space. • Reinstall problem apps: Delete any specific apps that close unexpectedly and download them fresh from the App Store. If these technical issues persist, we suggest reaching out to Apple Support for a warranty diagnostic at: 📞 1‑800‑275‑2273 | 🔗 http://sm.att.com/97c73c4e For help with your AT&T service, please send a direct message to our team on X (@ATTHelp), Instagram (@att), or Facebook (AT&T). Great phone, if you had a network to use it on
Great phone, but service in my area is terrible, so I can hardly use it. 5G service in Longmont, CO and area is so terrible, you can never get 5G data levels of service. It is absolutely terrible all over the city.

We apologize for the network or connectivity issue. Here are a few troubleshooting options we hope will help. Restart the device, toggle Airplane Mode on and off, install available software and carrier updates, and reset network settings.

iPhone 17
Always exquisite quality from Apple. I like that you can choose physical size as well as technical size. I am moving from a Max Pro to a standard model, and the lighter weight and smaller pocket size is appealing.

Had To Do It
Its a fine phone and the last one I'll own. Upgrading from an iPhone 8 to the 17e was only done cuz the screen was deteriorating. The compatibility factor is tremendously better. The flashlight and instant pic shortcut buttons show that Apple may have listened to folks' real needs. But I'm no phone addict so I cant share hi-maint usage of this sole device in my life like most everyone else on the planet. But a good choice.

iPhone 17e is just too basic.
The IPhone17e was not an upgrade from the iPhone 13. In my opinion Apple lacked on this one.

Poor photo quality and battery life
I’m very disappointed with this phone. The phone doesn't hold a charge all day. I have to put it on low battery power if I want it to last until the evening. The camera isn’t very clear either. Before I traded in my iPhone 13. I took pictures using both phones and my iPhone 13 took more crisp and clear photos.
