    Poor device

    Numerous disconnections with WiFi. Dropped calls. Disconnection with cellular corrected by reset. Bluetooth issues. Not worth the lower cost.

    Avoid if you care about picture quality

    Camera not great - zooming gets very pixelated. I had hoped for much better give it’s supposed to be 48MP. Phone is already slow at times.

    For Apple devices, warranty replacements are handled directly by Apple. You can take the iPhone to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, where they’ll run diagnostics. If a hardware defect is confirmed and the device is under warranty, Apple will repair or replace it at no cost.

    Right phone for me

    The 17E is the right phone for me. It is a perfect size, light weight, can perform all the new Apple tasks, but the phone is not overly complicated. I love that.

    Great Phone

    Phone Good / Why eSIM Such a Pain?

    My iPhone 17e is great. I upgraded from a 12. The battery life is super. The extra storage is appreciated. Why are the instructions so poor for making the eSIM work? I had to wait until the next morning and then call support from my wife’s phone. There has to be a better way. (once again, the phone is great)

    Hidden costs on offer

    The phone is fine, but I feel like I was misinformed by ATT on the true costs vs the offer price. Offer was for $2.99 per month with 3 year contract. Actual cost is closer to $17 per month. Since this was an email and online offer I did not see the true costs until AFTER I received the phone and saw the new payment schedule 2 weeks later.
