Flimsy, broke with normal use.
Unfortunately this rack collapsed due to regular use only about a week after I bought it. The fittings that hold the metal together are very weak and they cracked under normal use. I don’t think I can return it since it’s damaged now. So I’m out my money and have a new piece of junk in a room I was trying to organize.

I'm done with this. I bought this more than a month ago. It fell over several hours after hanging clothes on it. Then I reassembled, lowered the upper bar and it fell over again. I hope that target offers a sturdier brand.

This rack is a piece of junk. I would give it a 0 rating if I could. I made the mistake of buying not one but two of these racks and both broke not long after I purchased them. The plastic joints that hold everything together keep breaking. Poorly designed. Don't waste your money on this product.
