How to measure

  • Length

    Run tape from the base of your pet’s neck, at the collar, to the base of their tail, where the back ends and the tail begins.

  • Girth

    Start at the widest part of your pet’s chest, right behind the front legs. Don’t forget to leave a little wiggle room!

  • Neck

    Measure where your pet’s collar naturally goes. Remember to leave a little slack. Two of your fingers should comfortably fit underneath the measuring tape.

    Needs a metal fastener

    With my Pomeranians the plastic fastener is adequate, but I now have a Chow Chow puppy and we are training her to walk on a leash and twice the flimsy plastic fastener has come unsnapped when she resisted. With larger breeds you need to have metal fasteners and I'll be throwing your harness away when the new harness with metal fasteners arrived

    Repeat Customer

    This is the third time we have purchased these harnesses. We have two 50 pounds dogs. These are the best easy on easy off harnesses we have ever owned. We walk the dogs 2-3 times daily and the harness lasts about 3-4 years per dog. They are very well made and we always buy the matching leash.

    Best Harness out there

    Joyride is the only harness that has worked for my reactive 60 lb bulldog mix. They’re so sturdy and well designed that I invested in seasonal patterns to keep my dog safe and looking good.

    What a joy is Joyride harness

    Saw one on another person's dog and asked about it 7 years ago. Had been using another brand recommended by trainer. Joyride harness is the best! Easy on easy off three rings washable

    Harness

    My 25 lb dog has had the same harness for 3 years and we love it.my 59 lb dog has gone through at least 4 in the last 3 years. The rings rip off as he is very stong when he sees something he wants to chase.
