Quit Connecting/Charging
Purchased in September, quit working in January. Very light use for charging in the bedroom, no traveling. I looked at the lifetime warranty site, and it's 7.50 for shipping. At that point, I might as well buy something cheaper without the warranty because at a failure rate of a little less than 6 months it'll save me time and money.

Deceived
Manufacturer does not exist. Less than two years and failed to fully charge. EJ of customer service is incredibly lazy and inefficient. You are paid to perform a job. Customers are not accountable for resolving YOUR product issues. I hope Corporate is fully aware that Jody and Shaterica bullied and threatened me.

Don't buy
Usb plug separated from the cord after 6 months of VERY light use in the car. I work from home and rarely go anywhere, and even more rarely use the charging cable for the fifteen minutes I'm in the car. It has been disconnecting and reconnecting to my car for months but I thought at first it was my phone. Until I tried to unplug it yesterday and the metal part of the plug stayed in my phone....

Warrenty wants you to pay MORE than the item value.
It broke in less than a week of light use. And when I tried to email "just wireless" for their warrenty through the info email on their box, they block all incoming emails. So I went to their website to fill out their warrenty application and it says $0 at checkout but then says it's $15 to ship a new charger and won't let you choose any alternate options. It's ridiculous. That's more than I paid for the $10 charger. I'm never buying "just wireless" products ever again. I ended up going back to target and getting the "anker" usb-c to usb- charger with 32w output and it charged my iPad pro faster than any charger I've ever had. It was $30 though sheesh. See the attached pictures for this "just wireless" charger and how they glue their pins like dummies.

Jacked up Charger
I didn't like the fact that I just brought this phone charger and it's already not working. It may have been about a month if that. I'm going to see if I can find the receipt. This is ridiculous. I had said that I was going to be careful with it and I was. And it still not working properly.
