I love the bed. The assembly was a little tricky. The first step tells tou to put the legs on. You need to do that last, i had to take the legs back off near the end to get to some bolts. The bed looks great, its lie and sleek looking perfect for my spare room.

This is a great bed for the price. It was easy to put together but did take two of us. I got just the frame, no headboard and I love the look. It was packaged well, no damage. It seems solid and so far so good!

It was okay. there was quite a bit of extra space, around 4 inches on the side and on the top. it wasn’t too terribly hard to build but took about 2 1/2 hours for a beginner. I like the color but the big gaps are throwing me off

It was pretty hard to make, some pieces were a bit damaged, and the holes weren't lined up to fit the nails in. But in the end it's cute just like pictured.

I took a chance ordering this bed frame even though it didn’t have many reviews, and the reviews it did have weren’t that great. BUT, I am SO glad I went for it! This bed is super function, sleek, retro, and sturdy. The wood is a beautiful walnut grain and not as painty brown as it initially looks in pictures. This frame give you’d that floating mattress style/trend, but is elevated by the wooden lip all around the edges. There is space between the lip and the mattress as others have mention, but I found that this is absolutely essential if you intend to use a thick comforter on it and tuck in the edges. If there were no allotted space, the comforter simply would not tuck in like the picture advertises. All in all I’m so pleased with this frame and think it’s a steal for the price!

Bed contains chemicals that cause cancer? Wait...What? That's wonderful. Bottom line is it doesn't fit my brand new king mattress. That's the one issue I didn't see coming. Along both sides of the mattress you see about 3 inches of bed slats. The finish is called walnut. it's not a walnut finish. It looks like it was stained with watered down brown house paint.
