Ordered for pickup
Very disappointed with my Target "order for pickup" experience. I ordered Friday afternoon and recieved the "item is ready for pickup" around 4:15pm. With a busy night we decided to pickup on Saturday morning around 11:30....they couldn't find it anywhere and simply said "oops". My teenage daughter was already having a rough day and this did not help. When I saw it was available for shipping I asked if there was a way to waive the shipping fee, basically was told it wasn't their problem and nothing could be done. But that another store showed 1 in store if I wanted to drive there (even as their store showed 2 in stock but couldn't be found). Not sure why it had to fall on me to drive all over to possibly locate one. Ended up ordering online with another item just for the free shipping. Not at all the customer service I have been used to for many years.
