    Great taste , but......

    It falls apart very easily. Doesn't toast well because heat causes already weak structure to get weaker, so just getting sliced out of toaster is often difficult.

    Taste was great

    Oat Bread

    Oat Bread meets a need because of food intolerance for wheat; it has a different texture than wheat bread; its taste if rather bland. It toasted OK in a toaster and held together for a tuna salad one sided sandwich.
