Pink is my color
I had been looking for a smaller, light weight backpack for months. I found this one in a store and knew immediately it was what I was looking for. But they only had black and navy. So I went online and ordered the pink. I love it! I has so much storage and it's cute! Perfect!

Looks great and durable
Midsized, worked well as a travel backpack for electronics but not suited for much more due to size. Great for small stuff. We are a Kipling family love the brand!

Wonderful backpack for travel……perfect color….I love the various zippered compartments. I do miss the furry gorilla vs. the plastic…..I would definitely recommend this product

Pockets too small for water bottle.
I've owned this same backpack for several years....loved it. When I noticed the recent ones had a pocket on the side for a water bottle, I immediately ordered a new one. But the pockets are not big enough to hold even a very slim water bottle, nor a small plastic water bottle. Bummer!!

Not as good a product as it one was
I am not impressed. I bought a small Kipling backpack about 14 years ago and loved it but lining wore out. The fabric of this replacement not as nice, no key fob, stiffer, adjustments on shoulder straps much more difficult—can't pull to tighten nor lift to loosen.

Cute and utilitarian.
My niece loves her big brother's Kipling knapsack and needs one for preschool. It's her favorite shade of blue and personalized just for her. This small size will work for a few years. Her brother now uses his for overnights with nana, because he needs a bigger size for school.
