KitchenAid Asteroid Oven Mitt 2-Pack, Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This KitchenAid two pack set is adorable! The Birds of Paradise design is so cute. I love the bright and cheerful colors. They work great at keeping your hands from getting burned. From taking hot pans out the oven from taking hot pots off the stove, you keep your hands from being burnt! And If you get them dirty, they wash up just fine in the washing machine and dryer!

I must say that these are the absolute best ones I've ever used. Not only are they extremely protective from the heat, they also have grips on the back side to keep the dish from slipping. On top of that they came in such a pretty coral color. I can't wait to get more!

They look like a pot holder for on the table but then you spot a small opening on the side that allows you to slide your hand inside and it’s stocked just right to slide your fingers in for better grasping. I have been able to hold hot pots/pans in my hands for what feels like forever without any heat coming through or any warm sensation

Of course the quality is great as with all KithcenAid products, well constructed. The mitts fit nicely on my med/lrg hands and they handle well moving large pots, casseroles in and out of the oven with a decent grip. Great set of oven mitts! I would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this set of pot holders and the fact that they aren’t gloves but they have pockets for your hands. The glove pot holders are so bulky but these are slim, perfect, and keep all sides of your hands protected. I also like the fact that they have grips on them so you can really hang onto hot dishes. I would buy these again and maybe even as gifts for others!

As a professional chef and restaurant owner I am used to using flat holders and I appreciate that these have a similar feel for me. The little pops of non skid on one side help give these mitts some grip and I’ve really enjoyed the pop over unsaturated color “Bird of Paradise” has brought to my kitchen at home.

These mitts are perfect and the silicone grips help you not drop it when taking it out of the oven. And also you don't get burnt through the mitts either. I love how they cover the whole hand and you can grab the pan. They work great and I love the color too.

They have grippers on the one side that makes it easy to grab what you need. Even to open hard to open jars. I would definitely recommend.

They are nice and thick and they have these little things on the one side that helps grab on to whatever you're getting. I would definitely add these to your kitchen essentials.

I chose the honey orange color since I have a similar accent color in my kitchen and they matched perfectly with the mitts! Overall these mitts were beautiful and stylish and did a pretty good job handling hot pots and pans. I like that the rubber grips consist of small dot patterns and that the orange color is so bright and bold. My only issue with the mitts is that they are a bit too thin for my liking. I can’t hold hot items straight out of the oven for too long before I start feeling the burn. It just may be me since I have heat sensitive hands though.

They are made of quality material and have a slit for any size hand to fit. On the back side small rubber grippers to ensure pans will not slip out of your hands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like oven mitts or one of the things you do not buy very often and you don’t necessarily realize how dirty or how much you need a new pair. So I got these in the mail tossed out my old ones and use them right away getting dinner out of the oven. They’re very comfortable on the hand I didn’t get any heat transfer from the oven and they seem to stay fairly clean. I would recommend the KitchenAid ran to anyone shopping for kitchen essentials!

The hand pocket makes these the perfect hybrid of a potholder and an oven mitt. They give me good grip and heat protection without being big and cumbersome. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the pot holders they are large enough for my hand I'm 6'2" male, however the mesh on the pan side is kind of slippery and I find myself grabbing or attempting to grab the sides of pans more than 1 time, whereas a cotton or non mesh even if this is plastic does not slip. Otherwise I like these and the fact the come in pair of two.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this a few weeks ago in pistachio. The color is so cute and matched my kitchen decor. The silicone dots to give the pot holder the grips even look like small hearts. Sadly there aren't enough to make the grips feel secure. They are great for lighter weight things but would hesitate to do heavy lifting in these.

These mitts really helps to hold the hot pots from the stove or drawing out the super hot tray from the oven. Whole body of the Mitts is made of cotton with textured silicone at the fingers part for easy grip. Feels very comfortable while using them. More over these oven mittens are machine washable. It serves the need. Very well stitched and the quality of the fabric is very good. It has diamond patterned design all over the mittens with thread stitch. This diamond pattern made it look more stylish. It is durable too. I would definitely recommend these.
