This is a 5 star item in my opinion, but it's clearly not worth paying full price for. Let me explain: I was really impressed with this item when I first received my package, so much so that I was considering buying one or two more. However, the very next day I found this same exact item (same brand, color, number of items, etc.) for a couple of bucks from a well-known off-price store. I even bought a bunch of hair clips and scrunchies that I had been tempted by on the website the day before. I hate feeling like a sucker, and while I like the products, I won't purchase from this website ever again.

Ordered these for our one and only vacation that we’ve taken in 13 years. Was looking forward to using them, but the post on the inside of the top broke off after using/opening it twice. I could not get it out therefore I had to cut a corner off of it at the bottom to use my shampoo.

These didn’t even last halfway through a one-week trip. Don’t waste your money on Kitsch products. They’re cheaply made and don’t last.

This set didn't even last through an entire week-long trip before pieces started to break. A couple of days into my trip, I noticed the shampoo would not come out of the bottle as I squeezed it. The small peg the holds the cap closed had broken off into the hole the shampoo should have come out of. Once home, I reached out to Kitsch for a replacement cap. At first, they offered either a replacement or a refund if I'd send a photo of the broken cap. Then they reneged and offered me a 30% off discount code for a future purchase. I do not plan to make any future purchases from a company with such terrible customer service and products.
