Q: How do you wash/clean the shower cap?
submitted by Kimbersss - 1 year ago
A: We recommend hand wash: Fill a basin with cool water and mild detergent, gently wash the cap, rinse thoroughly, and air dry. Avoid wringing or twisting.
submitted byBrand Expert - 11 months ago
Q: Can I use this as a sleeping bonnet?
submitted by Carina - 1 year ago
A: The waterproof material of the shower cap can trap moisture and cause sweating, making it less comfortable for overnight use.We recommend Kitsch Satin Sleep Bonnet or the Kitsch Satin Pillowcase.

This shower cap is cute and I like the material but definitely not made for thick hair , after a few uses the wire gets warped and shortens, had to buy a new one maybe 2 week’s later

At first, it was a bit tricky to put on without getting my hair wet — water kept filtering in the first 2 tries. But with some practice, I figured it out, and it's done a great job protecting my hair color. I highly recommend it! Just be patient in the beginning and don't give up — practice really does make perfect.
It's great, for a while except for one major flaw.

This thing is brilliant, or so I thought when I first started using it. But over time (after 6 months or so) the internal wire got irreparably warped. After each use, I'd try to straighten it out but due to its inaccessibility in the fabric, it's just not possible. Eventually it became so twisted that it measured just couple inches in length, rendering it unusable . After reading a similar complaint in the reviews, I learned that another customer cut the cap to remove the wire to straighten it every so often. So here it is, but unfortunately the wire is too thick to untwist safely with one's bare hands, so I'm asking my husband to help with this task via pliers. We'll see how it goes… I had asked customer service if they had any advice about this problem but they offered none. Just a 30% discount on another purchase — During a store wide sale of 28%.

Aaron lining and outside shell are great quality, however the instructions are kind of hard to follow on how to put it on properly.

I love this colour combo. Great if you have loads of hair or still want your hair to be protected but can breathe whilst you have a hot shower

I haven't use a shower cap so much like this one! Is so easy to use and it really works. I was kinda used to just put my hair in a bun and if it got wet ; well ,whatever! But making my hair last clean and looking nice is definitely the best.
Disapointment on sales approach.

I was skeptical at first on this, but it's amazing. The only part of my hair that got wet was the back were I wash my neck, but I think I had the cap pulled up to far.

I loved this shower cap until the first time I washed it. I was gentle, I hung it dry on a rack where it had plenty of airflow, and then it REEKED. I tried to wash it again, it got worse. I tried again, it's WORSE. I use fragrance free detergent because of allergies, and if I try to febreeze the fabric my scalp will break out so I can't do that either. I don't know what to do! I ordered another cap from another brand because I can't stand putting this one on my head any more. My mostly clean hair comes out less clean than it went into the cap.

It does the job! Keeps my hair dry and not frizzy. The elastic is a bit snug so sometimes it leave an indentation around my face, but it goes away.

The wired and open end is hard to get secure and quite annoying. I didn't realize it wasn't closed at the end. It let's water and steam in to defeat the purpose. The fabric and elastic end fit nicely but I wish I would have passed on this one.
Good quality, dislike design

Nice fabric, good quality but dislike the open end with the wire. Would prefer these fabrics as a traditional style shower cap. Keeping this one only because I used it, but dislike the extra weight it creates and awkward to put on and wear.
kinda odd..

I love the way it keeps my "do" intact. However, I find it kinda odd the way I have to bend it into place. Sometimes I find out AFTER I am out of the shower I didn't bend it right and I have a spot in the back of my head that I didn't cover correctly
