KiwiCo Activity Play Center 12m+ - Sort & Solve 6pc

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a well built toy. My daughter is almost 3 but she still enjoys putting things in and retrieving them. I love how the Os still fit in the top slot but takes a little creativity to turn it on its side. All the edges are smooth and I have no worries with my kids playing with it! The only con is that the door side can be a little loud if the child keeps slamming it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has been obsessed with this box since we received it. I mean, he played with it for hours and still loves it a couple weeks later. I'm surprised how entertaining this was to him with how simple it is, but clearly Kiwico knew what they were doing. This is excellent for developing fine motor skills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a delightful surprise this little toy has been!! I am taken back at how good the quality is of this solid wood little toy box. My youngest literally took to playing with it right away, and has already had long extended sessions tinkering with it, every single day, since I gave it to him. So about 4 days straight. He is right at 24 months, and he is running away to hide from big brother, so he doesn’t have to share it. Haha! I’ve also noticed him stuffing it full of random little items, testing its limits and capacity, and the shape of the entry ports. I can see how it is triggering a deeper play and thought processes for him. I really like this toy, and now I’m very interested in this brand! Can I sample more?!! Hahaha! I think I’m going to need to check them out for Xmas gifts now, and this is the perfect recommendation to any more traditionally minded parent, looking for high quality lasting toys, that also are leaning more minimal and simplistic to help them invoke their own imaginations more…not to mention not making your home look like a crazy rainbow daycare. The esthetic of this is beautiful and clean. I very much approve as a 80% beige mom, with a dose of blue, in my house. Haha! I will be looking specifically at this brand though, as I’ve noticed they have many items separated by age and developmental level, so I love that! Highly recommend this brand so far!! There is zero assembly, only unwrapping. There are basic instructions, but they are not necessary once you open it all and look at what’s going on, it’s simple and straightforward.

They love to carry it from room to room to play with it. It’s incredibly durable. They even stand on it and jump off it for some reason. And the best part is, there’s no maintenance required.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter has loved this toy! She spends ages putting the pieces inside the box and pulling them out, opening and closing each door. I love that it’s just difficult enough to encourage her to think about how to open the handle and develop those fine motor skills. The rope makes it easy to carry around and the wood is soft and smooth; I’ve no worries about her getting injured by it in any way. I’d definitely recommend this toy, it’s been a favorite!

Easy clean up and the X and Os aren’t too small for a toddler! The only thing I don’t really like is that it’s teaching child to unlock a latch.

It opens opportunities for the babies to learn about shapes and opening locks with the 4 sides along with a little side piece. It’s super clean and doesn’t get dirty at all honestly I absolutely love this for my baby.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the KiwiCo Sort & Solve for my toddler, and it has been such a great toy for keeping him busy and engaged. The little lockbox has several doors he can open and close, and he’s obsessed with figuring them out. The XOXO puzzle pieces are fun too . He likes sliding them through the slot and also putting them into the wooden frame it comes with. The whole wooden toy feels very sturdy and well-made, and the rope handle makes it easy for him to carry it around the house (which he does constantly!). I also appreciated that it came with a guide for extra play ideas — super helpful. Overall, it’s a great mix of problem-solving and hands-on play. Highly recommend

The materials are high quality, colorful, and durable — definitely built to survive a toddler’s enthusiasm. My child loved sorting the pieces, matching colors, and solving the little challenges the kit comes with. You can really see the problem-solving and fine-motor skills developing as they play.

It's nice wood but smoothly sanded with no sharp edges. The latches are nice quality metal and sturdy. I had no concerns about my baby getting hurt with this. It's entertaining and teaches several different motor skills. It's a fantastic toy and my daughter loves it.

This is one of the neatest tools, the versatility and the way it shows children had a problem solved. It's wood so it cleans easily and it has a little handle to be taken with them wherever they go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cute toy for my little one. The latches take a bit to figure out, but I like that there are easy options to get the X out of the hole. It is a study box that should withstand some beating. There are a couple of minor design improvements that I think could be made: the handle is in the way of the slot at the top. It would be nice if the slot was moved over and maybe add one for the O. I also wish the X and O board could be slotted into the box and not be a completely separate piece. Overall, these are minor and this is a great non-electronic toy for my little!
