Simply the best
We absolutely love Lactaid milk! Our family has been buying this brand for years since we discovered my daughter’s sensitivity to digesting milk protein. It tastes great on its own, in cereal, mixed with coffee, and works well in recipes as a milk substitute. We don’t miss cow’s milk at all and feel great knowing we are getting the core nutrients of protein, calcium, vitamin D, potassium, B vitamins, phosphorus, etc. Lactaid includes the enzyme lactase, which breaks down the natural milk sugar (lactose) into simpler, easier-to-digest sugars - making it much easier on your body to digest than regular cow’s milk (especially those with sensitive tummies). We have tried other plant-based milk alternatives like almond and oat milk but my kids love the taste of Lactaid so it’s a staple in our home!

Great milk
I can’t believe I started using lactaid, I guess getting younger means dietary changes. I really like this brand, I use the full fat milk sometimes, the taste is always so good. Milk without the hassle of tummy ache. Love the carton, easy to store and dispose. I use it for baking and cooking too, easy to add.

Great milk if you have stomach issues
My mother was having a stomach issue with whole milk or at least I felt it was that so I tried this lactose free milk and her stomach issue solved itself. I use this one because I like reduced milk but the whole milk is good, too.

I absolutely recommend this product. It's a lot lighter than regular milk and it tastes grate. It also last longer than regular milk that you find in a jug as those tend to go bad quicker. 5/5 I would say go pick one up. You won't regret it.

Too sweet. Unusable in savory applications.
The milk does what it says on the tin but what nobody talks about is how sweet it is. It’s sometimes difficult to recognize the sweetness of dairy products, but this is noticeably twice as sweet as regular milk. It becomes impossible to use it in a savory context. I tried making mac and cheese with it and it was a disaster.

Angry about milk
I buy Lactaid milk 2% GALLON! Always. Target advertises the gallon yet they NEVER, EVER have the gallon! So frustrating. This milk has an expiration date 2 months or more into the future. NO reason for people to NOT buy the gallon. It won’t go to waste. This has been a problem for YEARS now. This is FALSE ADVERTISING! This is inconvenient, annoying and it makes me pay a FORTUNE for the milk I need. I have to buy TWO HALF GALLONS. Today, it was on sale for $3.99, but that still makes it $8 A GALLON!!! I’m on disability with limited income. It’s bad enough I must buy the more expensive milk without Target RIPPING ME OFF because they’re greedy.

As a child I could drink regular milk no problem. Nowadays a switch was necessary and lactaid milk is now my go to. It tastes so good with almost a slight sweetness to it! I can go through some of these gallons easy!
