Too stiff
I’ve bought this pillow for over 20 years. The shell is stiff and doesn’t breathe. It puffs up on one side and restricts moving. Very disappointing. The shell rattles from polyester too. The old pillows were soft and pliable. I still can’t find a good pillow!!

Stiff fabric, small size
Did you change the ticking? It says here "sateen." The fabric on the pillow I received isn't satiny at all, it's quite stiff. I hope it will soften up over time. It also seems a bit smaller than the normal standard pillow; doesn't quite fill out the pillowcase.

Not as Advertised
Quality is OK but these are a down/feather blend....not down. This was never mentioned in the description. I returned them as the price wasn't a good deal for a down/feather blend pillow.

I bought the pillow months ago and it finally arrived, after alerting me that it was back ordered. I had ordered the Medium and I should have ordered the softest, smallest one, but this one is great!

Good fill power but cover was cheap and coars
Really wanted to keep this pillow, great fill power and lofty down, but the material of the cover was so cheap that even with a pillow case I could hear the loud rustle whenever I moved my head. Down content was marked as "minimum 75%"

Worth every penny!
Do you know the old saying on the side of a pizza box? You've tried the rest now try the best. This pillow redefines the act of laying your head upon a pillow. I am a side sleeper and found that this pillow provides me the support I need to get a good nights sleep. My problem now is finding the desire to tumble out of my bed kitted out with Lands' End 6oz flannel sheets and this pillow.

Excellent quality and comfort
I was looking for a replacement of this pillow that I bought 30 years ago. I expected some drop in quality and comfort but was suprised that it was just as good as my previous one! Love the comfort!

This pillow is so adaptable, providing just the right support whether I am sleeping on my side or on my back. It can be smooshed around to wherever you need a little extra comfort. I've been looking for a pillow like this for ages.
