Price was good.
I have some very old down pillows that have a lot more weight to them than this pillow. This pillow slides out from under your head easily. It would be better if it had more heft to it.

Too stiff
I’ve bought this pillow for over 20 years. The shell is stiff and doesn’t breathe. It puffs up on one side and restricts moving. Very disappointing. The shell rattles from polyester too. The old pillows were soft and pliable. I still can’t find a good pillow!!

Stiff fabric, small size
Did you change the ticking? It says here "sateen." The fabric on the pillow I received isn't satiny at all, it's quite stiff. I hope it will soften up over time. It also seems a bit smaller than the normal standard pillow; doesn't quite fill out the pillowcase.

Hard soft pillow
Grrr! The pillow is not soft as expected. How could a down pillow be so hard?

Somewhat Disappointed
I bought this pillow thinking it would be soft and support my head. At first it feels great. However, that support only lasts a few minutes and then my head is flat down to the mattress. The pillow needs to be folded over and plumbed up to give me some temporary support. I've started adding another soft pillow on the top of it to last through the night.

Exactly the softest I wanted
I bought this pillow to replace the one that my husband called my "pillowcase". I need a very soft, flat pillow. This pillow is exactly the softness that I need. It is well made so it will last for years.

Soft and Cozy
I really love the comfort of this pillow. It is very soft and malleable. You can essentially punch it, crush it, fold it into any shape you desire. I've even used it as a body pillow and hug it for warmth and support at night.
