A: Not if you want it to be anchored at the corners at least because as mentioned in other answers from Target staff the insert does not have tabs/loops on the corners. I'd recommend checking the item out in person at your local Target before purchasing and save your receipt because Target claims to accept returns or exchanges with receipt for 1 year if your not satisfied with any of their brand products.
