Exterior fabric (100% recycled polyester) is awful; noisy - it rustles everytime you move and is loud, it's also stiff; it's crazy! Washing and drying did no good in trying to soften it up. Save your money and the hassle of returning. It got a 1 star only because I had to rate it in order to submit the review. Otherwise 0.

This was the perfect sized duvet/comforter with loops to attach to duvet covers!! The only downside is that it is very noisy with a kind of plasticy crunch sound whenever it moves (When i picked it in the store, i thought the noise was just from the packaging but it was actually the product). Because of this, I decided to return it.

It’s as loud as people say it is. I gave it three stars because it’s lofty and beautiful, and it’s well made, but it’s loud! It’s sounds like one of those baby toys that crackle, or like it’s stuffed with plastic grocery bags. I thought perhaps the cover would dampen the sound, but no. I’ve washed it already, so it’s ours, so no turning back. If you are looking for something to beautifully cover your guest bed, then this is the comforter for you. But there is no chance this comforter, will facilitate a good nights sleep.
