Very sturdy. I have a very tactile kid who goes through puzzles. It's been working very well to encourage him to spell and sound out new words.

It may be nice but I didn't like the color printing...just felt like it was too much for my 2 year old. I ended up getting another brand "spelling" or "match it" I believe.

My girls really enjoyed this. I homeschool my kindergarten and these have been great to practice her site words. She gets very bored with book work and likes a more hands on approach. My 3 yr old also enjoys these and is able to piece together the puzzles by the pictures. They are durable and the images on them are well done.

Love Learning Resources brand. It’s a Christmas gift that I know I will enjoy with my granddaughter. Simple but engaging.

There are two puzzles that are not CVC. “Saw” and “jar” should not be in this set. Otherwise, my students love them!

I bought this for my grandson who has just started school. As a retired teacher, I particularly like this product because of its correct standard lettering, which does not confuse young children.

The 3-letter word puzzle cards are perfect for my 3 year old who is beginning to learn how to sound out and spell CVC words. They are brightly coloured with pictures that go perfectly with the word on the card. The fact the puzzle pieces cannot be connected to the wrong puzzle set, makes it perfect for children who are just beginning to recognise letters, and putting them together to make words. The pieces are fairly thick making them sturdy and able to withstand use and they come in a lovely box which you can use to store them in. My only negative comment would be the size of the box, it seems very large in comparison to the puzzles. I would definitely recommend the puzzle cards, they are thought provoking and educational whilst still being fun and a perfect way to engage with your child whilst they learn.

These 3-Letter Word Puzzle Cards are a great way for children to become familiar with letters and simple CVC words. The puzzle cards themselves are nice and thick, meaning that they are easier for children to pick up, and will stand the test of time. They feature clear pictures and letters. I like the fact that they made only to fit the word your spelling, ie, if you try and put the 'p' from 'map' at the end of 'bat' it won't fit. They come in a nice strong box, that is perfect to store and keep them in. A great example of learning through play that we will be using a lot with my 4 year old as he starts to discover spelling words.

Lovely puzzle with beautiful illustrations. Assists children with their CVC words alongside being a 'fun' activity. Handy storage box. My three year olds hugely enjoyed completing this, will last us a while as they learn to read and work towards being able to complete alone, so great value.
