[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cute dino. Easy and fun for very small little ones. Being able to store the pieces inside is definitely a bonus. The product just seems to be cheaply made and the numbers on the scales can be hard to see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this toy in exchange for a review. My 4 year old and 19 month old both enjoyed playing with this toy! I appreciated the playing suggestions - ie, what color is missing, count the colors. My 19 month old really enjoys putting the colors in the slots. I will say though, after a few times of playing with it both were a little bored with it. I think it is a cute educational toy that a preschool may be able to do different activities with but as a parent it's not a must have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's cute and helps to improve fine motor skills. It causes him to think. I like that it can hold the pieces so that there is less a chance for the pieces to get lost. I also like that there are different colors because, as he gets older, he can group the different colors together. Would definitely recommend to parents or caregivers who wants a product for their child to learn how to put things in their place and practice their fine motor skills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Steggy the Fine Motor Dino is adorable! My 3 year old son and 19 month old daughter loves it. It is a great way to learn colors, fine motor skills with inserting the pieces into the holes, and numbers. My son liked to do patterns with the pieces whereas my daughter liked to remove the pieces and try to put them back. And it has a place to store the pieces away keeping it all together?! SCORE. This mama is happy with this and can't wait to get so much more use out of it!
So much more than it seems!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first glance, this dinosaur seems like it might be more geared towards the 18 month end of this age group, HOWEVER - I will say I was pleasantly surprised at how much we were able to do with this dinosaur. It develops hand eye coordination, motor skills, color learning, number learning, matching, and more! We have been using it currently with my 2.5 year old to start learning numbers. When she can't figure out the number, we say it together, and trace the feeling of the number with our finger to help us learn. This is adorable, a way to learn and play together, and something that continues to develop with your child as they grow. Don't pass this one up - use it for all it's worth!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this toy for free from BzzAgent in exchange for an honest review. I have an 18 month old granddaughter and thought she'd love this. The toy is a good size. It was much easier for her to take the plates out than to reinsert them. She becomes frustrated when she has trouble getting them back in. I do wish the numbers on them were easier to read. She enjoyed the toy for a few minutes but once it became hard for her to master, she got bored and moved on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an autistic twin who enjoyed the sorting aspect and we also did math problems with the numbers provided. I was speaking with a couple occupational therapist, and I suggested this product to the memory care facility because I believe it helps with tactile development/redevelopment and easy bright colors to see

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is a great toy for the little ones, my son loved it immediately. He's 19 months and was very entertained by it. I consider it a win when he plays with a toy more than a day and he played with this for a while too.
I would definitely buy again and highly recommend

Beautiful and vibrant coloured design. My 1 year old can put the pieces into Dino's storage section during play and will develop the fine motor skills to pace the pieces into his back over time making this a toy that he can play with over and over again.

For all those dinosaur fans, 'Steggy the fine motor Dino' is a great aid in supporting the development of colour and number identifying - whilst also looking great! His colours are vibrant and clear to identify, making him the ideal friend when it comes to supporting children's fine motor skills development. Steggy's plates (the coloured number discs) will come out with ease if pulled out slowly, but we did have to spend some time showing our 2 year old how to do this as she was pulling it at a angle making it hard to remove. At the moment she uses Steggy to recognising numbers and match the colours together but this will be a aid with many years of use. As our six year old has had just as much fun with Steggy, using the dinosaur to create fun maths equations to help develop his maths skills. We are so pleased to of found a Dinosaur aid, for our daughter - As girls like dinosaurs too!

I got this for my two year old who loves dinosaurs. Lots of ways to play, he is very into counting at the moment. So he arranged the spikes and counted each one placing them in. Great for younger ages, as it teaches fine motor skills. The spikes are nice and chunky for small hands. As my son grows we can play using colour recognition, for example 'put the yellow one in the front row'. Or by number recognition, 'find me the number 4'. Having read some of the other reviews on here I agree the door which holds the pieces inside is a bit tricky to open and close. But it does mean all the pieces stay safe. What could make the toy even better would be some dinosaur sound effects when placing the spikes in its back! But still a bright and colourful dinosaur.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very cute toy and my boys love it! They are 2, and love taking the pieces off and putting them back on. They also like putting the pieces inside the dinosaur and taking them out, as they don't fall right out it makes it fun. My only complaint is that the door is a little difficult for them to open. I'm sure it'll be easier when they get a little older.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son was excited to play with Steggy when I brought it to him. He loves dinosaurs and wanted to play with it immediately! We took the pieces off together, and I just let him play with it. He started to easily put pieces in until the outside slots where they were more of a challenge. He did get distracted easily from other things, but came back to it a lot. He has an armadillo just like it (same company), and loves it so much he's lost several of the pieces, so this made him very happy! I love the numbers on the spikes too!
