Annoying but suoer cute
I really wanted this set because of the 100 pink frogs which are adorable. After the tree fell apart for the fourth time, I finally had to kragle the tree trunk. The build was confusing and the instructions were harder to follow than normal. I would still buy it again for the cuteness factor but take my advice and at least kragle the tree trunk to the base.

Missing pieces has been a constant issue with Lego lately. Last 6 sets me and my boyfriend have purchased including this one have missing pieces. Ruins the fun when you have to stop a build and wait. For the money that is spent on some of these sets it’s ridiculous to not make sure every piece is there.

I enjoy it assembling it and was hoping it remains still but it is too problematic in falling for no good reasons. my advice make lego set sturdy again.
it is beautiful once it is assembled however it is not a sturdy to remain in place all this lego set does is fall down way to much by ac or a slight vibration of movement and makes a headache reassembling it over and over again.

Fun Build for Couples & Plant Lovers
My wife and I absolutely loved building this bonsai tree set together! The details are beautiful, the instructions were easy to follow, and the finished product looks amazing on display. Loved this build!
This was my first build I’ve ever bought for myself. It was a great intro and the pink frogs were so fun. My only hiccup in this build would be that I went straight to the cherry blossom option and did not build the green bonsai first. Which in hindsight, would’ve helped me figure out how the leaves attached to the branches a little easier. No big deal though, I figured it out. It’s just if you are a very beginner like me and go straight to the cherry blossom build option, the picture on the instructions are very busy with the blossoms and frogs and a little hard to discern clearly how to attach the leaves to the branches. Again, easy enough to work through but thought maybe it could’ve been an improvement on the instructions to make it clearer by maybe making the leaves, blossoms, and frogs less opaque when attaching it to the branches on the tree so that you could see clearly how they attach.

I really enjoyed the build and i love being able to change it from the green leaves to cherry blossom it is such a nice touch that i think completes the set. The stand makes it a great set to display and overall i enjoyed the building process and the end result!
