Pretty Easter Egg

I enjoyed putting this Easter Egg together and am happy with the finished product. I did have to take off one side and the bottom in order to complete step 33, but after that I encountered no issues. I appreciate all the extra pieces included to change the look of the design if desired.

Pieces don’t fit together

I don’t know if the side plates are not uniform, I can only get either the top or bottom to attach, and when I put even a little pressure on it the whole build collapses. So frustrated I put it in a ziplock bag back in the box. Will get some other plates at some point and see if I can make it work.

Love, but missing pieces.

I absolutely love this egg, and bought mussels for me and my kids, but unfortunately I had to drop a star, because each set was missing at least one important piece. Luckily Lego fixes these mistakes easily, but now I have to wait for new pieces to come in the mail and they might not be here in time for Ostara.

Fun for my 6 year old and I to do together!

I read someone described this as an "easy build" but I don't think that's 100% true. It's easy for an adult, but may be confusing for a child. My 6 year old son and I put this together, we're big into lego. I helped with main part of the egg, and my son decorated the sides with his own designs. He ended up adding robot legs to it and created an "egg mech" so definitely fun and let's them be creative!

Beautiful

This is a quick build, but a lot of fun as you can customize it. It comes with many extra pieces of Spring colors to use however you prefer. It also works well as a box, as it is sturdy but also easy to open.

Easter vacation

We love Lego! Haven't built yet as we are giving to kids on vacation. I'm sure they will enjoy it. They are always making something with the Lego blocks.

Love it!

This took about 30-45 minutes. I have an awesome Easter egg to display. Michelle, of the 2 star review, look at your pic vs the instructions. The beige blocks go in the middle of each half. Snaps together beautifully.

Difficult build

I love Lego, but I am not loving this build. At step 33 every time I try to put the sides of the egg on the whole thing falls apart even though I have the studs lined up. I’ve tried about five times without success. Very disappointing. I’m about to give up
