These are by far my favorite flavor of Lifesavers Gummies!! The berry flavors are subtle, juicy, and have just the right amount of flavor. They have the perfect chewy texture without getting stuck in your teeth! I love these for a snack at the movies, but I mostly use these for my long runs! Chewing a few gives me the perfect balance of energy and needed sugar to maintain more miles! They are a satisfying sweet treat without feeling too heavy. These do not last long in my house. My kids are also huge fans! A staple in our household!
